Went out yesterday from 10-4.
Fished lower end caught 9
with only 2 keepers. Caught all
my fish on crankbait (Delta Craw)
and drop shot. -

By my standards, not a bad day at all. What launch did you use, Rolltide?

I put in at Elm Hill…
I caught a few on the hump
in front of Nashville Shores
on drop shot. And a few on
the steeper bank over at
cooks on drop shot. The ones
I caught on crank bait was on
the island to the right of Nashville
Shores if your looking at it. Don’t
know the name of that island.. -
Thanks rolltide. I frequent the lower end of the lake but I’ve never made it that far North on Priest.
What’s the deal with Elm Hill? I didn’t think they were letting the public use their ramp, do you just have to pay a fee?

You can’t put in at the Marina any more.
I put in at the Elm Hill Recreation area that
is now Called Safe Harbor RV Resort. They
have put in a RV park there now. It Cost
$8.00 to put in there but it’s 5 mins from
my house and I fell a lot safer putting in
there. Since most of the time I’m fishing
by myself on Mondays, my off day… -
I totally understand what you mean, Chuck, as I’m usually by myself as well. I had a feeling that is what you were talking about. What’s the dock status, is it out of the water or will be soon? Thanks for the information.

Not out of the water at the moment.
But I have put in there at winter pool
and was still able to put my boat in.
If your ever out on a Monday look me
up. I fish anywhere from mid to lower
end. Maybe we might cross paths out
there one day.
