My son and I were out at 6:00am from Stewart creek, short run to the back of the long flat across from launch ramp using buzz bait, SB crank and Go 2 Bait Soft Plastic 10″ Worm Plum Paddle Tail, had several hits on the worm but only landed 1-14 incher. Motored up the creek to the first cove on the left, across from the ski area and broke out our Hoppy’s buzz baits. Caught 3 or 4 small ones and one 3.75lb on a Hoppy’s 1/4oz chart/white Hog Buzz and one 4.47oz on a white Tally Wacker . Had one about the same size toss it back within 2′ of the boat. We were throwing to the bank in about 6″ of water while we sat in about 3-3.5ft. just off the main channel. Spent about 90min. there and they shut down so we moved up the lake to try the cypress trees behind the green buoy passed Weakley Bridge nothing doing, getting HOT, left out about 11:30.

G-g-g-giant bass!!! Nothing better than a buzzbait. It seems like every report you post you are catching 4 plus pounders on buzzbaits! Also, I am extremely excited you are using the Go 2 products! I really believe in them and I fish them a lot.

Believe me 4 pounders are not the norm, we’ve just got lucky a couple of times. Guess the buzz bait is something I feel confident with and fish it 80% of the time. There’s no better soft plastic on the market than the Go2 baits and no better buzz bait than Hoppy’s. Both made here in TN. …i like that
