Can’t catch a break!
Seriously, I can’t catch a fish in PP. I’ve been skunked easily the last 6 trips out. I’ve only ever really caught a few.
Does anybody else have a hard time catching fish at PP?

This year is #5 that I have lived in Nashville and fished priest. I had my best year ever last year and wacked them often. This year has been one of my worst years to date. Just cant find them, no size, no numbers. Makes it hard to want to fight the heat all day. early July until Mid August has always been real tough for me anyways. I caught a lot of fish last fall in September as they schooled up and I’m hoping the same thing happens this year.

Agreed. Based on most of the reports that I’ve been getting, everyone is struggling right now. I have caught more than a few in a single trip in a good month.

I’ve had luck early morning after sunrise using shakey head jigs/ green pumpkin trick worms fishing the banks around long hunter state park boat ramp cove
Also one of my go to spots it’s the south bank of jones mill where the old boat ramp is doing the same
