Duck Hunting and Crappie
Thinking about trying duck hunting early in the morning Saturday then crappie fishing. Anyone seeing ducks on the lower end of the lake?

I went out Sunday and jumped a couple hundred ducks going from Elm Hill to Suggs Creek. Even saw a few mallards in the cove before Sailboat Cove.

What are the laws in duckhunting public lakes
Id like to know, havent ever tried it -
I believe it is similar to any other public land. Cant leave any decoys, cant hunt within 100 yds of a residence, etc.
I’ve seen people hunting across from Four Corners Marina, we were going to fish the back and they stepped out to make sure we knew they were there.
