Fall Fishing :: Best time of day?
Having limited time to get on the water [4-6hrs], given a choice, what is the best time of day to fish right now?
First light? Late afternoon? I’m guessing middle of the day is least productive [10-2].
Thoughts?

It has been my experience that first and last light are always the most productive. Middle of the night also works. When it gets too cold though, I won’t hook the boat up until it reaches at least 40 degrees no matter what time of day.
