Favorite Jig Head/Body
What Jig Heads/Bodies do you guys use? I’ve been using 1/8oz but recently 1/16oz unpainted jig heads and they always work well. Typically with chartreuse/black, white, and silver bodies, and been using the crappie magnets that I got when I signed up for the forum. I like them so far. I’ve also had a lot of luck with Monkey Milk baby shad by Bobby Garland. I’ve caught a ton of fish on these. I’ve never noticed a difference with colored heads but I know people that swear by them. What about you guys?

I have used both painted and unpainted a ton! Both work, but the colored heads offer better visibility(depending which color you use in different water colors) and enticement. I use Crappie Magnet’s double cross jig heads….it keeps the soft plastic up on the jig better than any other jig head I have used!
