Yesterday I fished alone from 8-11:30am. I spent almost the entire time in Stewart Creek. The water was down 1.5ft from the last day I was out and the water temp was 47-49 degrees…clarity was great! I started around the boat ramp in the back and fished around 200 yards further back. Fishing with the TN-rig almost the entire time, I caught 8 and missed one. They were all in and around the bigger boulder rocks and when they hit it you knew! Most of the fish had the swimbait(Zoom paddle fluke, 4″) in the back of their throats. I also caught one on a Minnow 3.3 Red Craw and broke off one on a shaky head.

The last hour I headed out of Stewart over to Sister Cove to fish a Minnow 2.5 thread fin. The water was 41 degrees…to cold. I packed it up and headed to the house!

Good day, can’t wait to get out tomorrow, Tuesday and maybe Thursday!

Nice job. The water temp yesterday at Jefferson Springs was 50! I wonder how the water is already that warm.
