Fishing on Tue.,4/14, need to catch some bass
Plan to fish both up and down lake on Tue., 4/14 launching at Long Hunter Park. Hitting the following areas that are South and North of Hobson Pike bridge:
1) Cove across from Youth Inc. campground (need help, how far up lake is this from Bryant’s Grove?)
2) Mouse Tail Island (help, is this on the right or left when headed towards the Dam?)
3) Jones Mill (help again, how far up river is this from the Youth Camp?)
4)Sister Cove (how do I find this cove?)Also, plan to use shakey heads with junebug and green pumpkin worms. Are there any other baits I should try? When should I use top water lures AM or PM or both?
Any additional input will be greatly appreciated.

Check the priest map at top of forum. Just fish, this time of year if it looks good it probably is. 🙂

When you look at the map, coming out of Fate Sanders turn Right the next big cove on your right is sister cove. Coming out of sister cove go right again around the island. Don’t take the cut unless you know how to. Go around the island and pass between both cut through and Jones Mill ramp is on your right. Boys camp is less than a minute down the channel on your left. The cove across from it you mentioned is small mouth cove. Good luck. Check out the map though very informative.
