Anyone know of a tournament this Friday evening? I have a Friday off and a babysitter so I want to make the best of it!

if anyone needs a backseater for one of these, please let me know. I used to fish a lot of tournaments in clubs and different setups in GA and KY and when I was there. I havent fished at night on priest so wont have much to offer as far a “secret night spots” go but I am decent at catching fish and would be more than glad to pay my piece and gas etc.

There were 30 something boats in the Fate Sanders Tournament last Friday night. My son and I placed third. Money went to top 4 places.

I don’t mind taking someone if they want to go but what is the entry fee?

$30.00 per boat, so $15.00 per person if 2 are fishing.

A neighbor and I are going to give this a go tonight. Neither of us have been on the water in 2 weeks, so we probably won’t catch a fish.

How did you do KRogers? We had 4 in the boat, but figured it wasn’t enough to place, so we continued to fish. Caught the 5th one with only 3 minutes left. Made a valiant effort to get the chip in the bucket in time, all for not. Oh well, there’s always next week.

We had 3 in the boat, but it was far short of what we needed. Had 2 smallys that were 17″ that would have looked nice in the livewell had they been 1 inch longer. We caught several fish, but no really good bites. All keepers came on transition banks where slab rock turned into a bluff wall. It was busy on the lake last night as well.
