Fished for crappie today with 5 clients on the pontoon boat. We had a great day catching a cooler full with mostly biggins. The water temperature was 80 degrees while we stayed in 12-16ft jumping around brushpiles. We only fished with minnows and our best areas were in front of Long Hunter, the South side of Mousetail island, and the north side of Mousetail island. Now is the time the biggins are biting.

In addition, yesterday i bass fished and we caught a bunch of bass in the back of Hong Kong island. There is a point in the middle that comes way out and is 10ft at the end and 15ft around it. Dragging shaky heads with trick worms in green/purple we out the smack down! Tomorrow I’ll be out Crappie in the morning and sunday afternoon ill be after bass.
