looking for advice on the crappie bite
Wanting to go out and do some crappie fishing Friday and was wondering where they might be biting at or what depth of water. Haven’t done much crappie fishing on Old Hickory. Thanks for any advice

The crappie bite is very spotty at best on OH right now, my son fished most of yesterday on Bledsoe creek and only caught 8 keepers and probably 20 short fish. he fished from the mouth all the way back to the hwy 25 bridge. lay downs and brush in 8 fow seemed to be the best or docks in that depth. he was fishing 1/16 jigs with Bobby Garland Mo Glo in chart slab slay r.

I fished Sunday at Drakes Creek and it was a mud hole. Caught a catfish. lol
