March 1st Drakes Creek
I went out on March 1st and threw some jugs, bass and crappie fishing as well. I had a pretty good day all around. I caught the 14 inch bass on a Livingston Lure jerk bait. I caught 3 crappie on small shiners and a drop bobber. The biggest crappie of the day was caught on a black and chartreuse rage tail jig. The catfish I caught on chicken breast. Gets better every weekend.

That’s a nice day, Heath! Did you catch the crappies around docks or over bushpiles?

I caught 3 around docks and 1 at a corp of eng brush pile.
