I got to sneak out before work today for a bit with my brother. I followed Brians last update and we started off the island facing the Hobson Pike bridge. We caught 4 off the north side of the island. Two of them were 2+! We were fishing shaky heads with green pumkinseed trick worms. We then motored over to the cove next to the Bridge (hoping for some smallies). We started in about the middle of that cove and worked over to the bridge and around the other side to the powerlines. We caught a handful of small bass using a green pumpkin seed lizard dyed with a chartreuse tail. I told my brother we should work around it again because I know there are more fish here. I was right! About halfway down the rock wall BOOM! I hooked into a nice small mouth (pictures attached). We caught a couple more small bass in there before motoring over to Hong Kong. We fished around the points of hong kong and caught 4 X 2+ pound largemouth on square bills! All in all it was a great morning and thank you a TON Brian for the recommendations and these reports. It helps a ton.
