This is a previous post that helped people out….Easy GPS” is a free program available online that does allow you to set waypoints, other things as well, on the computer and upload to your Lowrance via SD card. It is easier, however, to enter coordinates directly to the Lowrance unit. Make you you choose the correct GPS FORMAT in the Lowrance unit.

Brian, will the newest brushpile coordinates enter correctly into Humminbird Solix units using the numbers you gave to subscribers? Is any conversion necessary? I know you run Lowrance units. Thanks, David Callies

It will. Put them in 1st and see if they’re placed correctly. If not, you’ll need to go into your unit and change the format. I’ve got more going in next week as well

With the heat I stayed in the house recently, plugged in my Lowrance and all my coordinations plugged in nicely. Thanks Brian now I just need to fish them.

    Hey y’all,
The reason we are having problems with this set is because the first set brian posted was degrees and minutes and this set is degrees and seconds. Just go in setting and switch to seconds when you put in this set.

I just got a hummingbird helix and it doesn’t take the coordinates the way they are written, and doesn’t give me an opportunity to change format. It writes it as 36d, 04.584’

That was one for You said is west of mousetail island, when I enter in hummingbird it puts me on east side. Any ideas?
