Hope this is the right place to post this question…forgive me if not.

I have a 2004 Yamaha 225 2-Stroke that I recently purchased with a boat. I will try and get it serviced filters, oil, lube, power lift, power steering, etc. in Feb 2015. I know about C/O Marine but would like to hear your thoughts.

    Thanks, Jim

I took the boat to them when I first purchased it to check the compression and computer codes. I was not impressed with their work but thanks for the recommendation.

I’m sorry to hear that. Barry at Clark Marine has been there for years and has a great reputation.

Not sure about Yamaha’s, but Barry at Clark is the man for Mercury issues.
I’d trust those guys out there with anything. Every time I take my boat down there [long drive from East Nashville], they get it turned around in a shorter time than they promised and always are happy to explain what’s going on with the motor. Granted, I haven’t had any major issues [motor is a 2012], but they always get it knocked out quickly and at a reasonable price.
