Fished 6:30-10:00, hooked 3 but only got 1 to the boat. The 1 I got to the boat barely measured at 15 1/2, the other 2 that got off I would guess to be about 12-13. White 3/8 oz. buzzbait in 2 ft. of water in the back of a cove. The cove I was in is the one you come out of Fate Sanders and head downstream, go through both shortcuts then just keep going straight. All the way in the back where the logs are jammed up against the bank is where I got em. Tried shaky head and spinnerbait, but they wanted the buzz. Also fished Jones Mill cove and zeroed. Perfect weather to be out there.

I found it a little tough today.
My partner and I fished around 4 corners, caught 1 on buzzbait (white & chart) then headed down to Hobson Pike Bridge caught 1 on a chatter bait (green) then headed up to Long Hunter and caught 1 on square bill crankbait (shad color)
None of these fish were keepers.
    then the bottom fell out!

i was out this morning as well. caught a bunch on shad colored (black on top, white on bottom) crank baits in shallow water. all largemouth except for one small white bass. the biggest one was barely 15. we seem to be catching them around rocky shorelines in the deep cuts between rocks. my buddy hooked a huge 5 or 6 pounder around the corner from the power lines by the bridge back in the shallows of a small cove. we got him to the boat but he got off the hook before we got the net on him. it was a great morning
