Put in at Hamilton creek today and fished couple points before headed to Suggs. Water a little dingy and holding around 43.5 to 44.5 in all areas down lake . Did a lot of riding and looking around for spring spots more than fishing. Few casts with shaky head and chatterbait with no takers. Did find a lot of good potential places once that water gets up to 50. Suggs looks like it has a chance to be a really good creek. Anyone know what water temp turns them on in this lake.

I was back in vivrett creek today found 47 degree water back there.
Water was muddy with shad breaking all over.
Only pulled one short fish out caught him on red eye shad.
That was the only fish I caught from 9am-2pm.
Ran up to Hobson pike bridge hoping for clean water WRONG!!
Was like chocolate milk, left there and headed to hong kong same thing.
I turned around and headed back to elm hill and put the boat back on the trailer.
I’m finding out the lower end is a lot tougher to fish.
But there are some really good areas down there.
