I was out today on Normandy chasing the crappie and we had a good day! We caught around 20, including several between 12″-15″! Most of our fish came out of 18ft-24ft.

The crappie on Priest have been a lot shallower. The last few trips I have been catching some in my usual 12ft-18ft, however I have been catching many in 8ft-12ft in brushpiles near and above Fate Sanders. As the water falls looks for wood near the river channel off the flats.

I have been tight lining Crappie Magnets and minnows, but we have not entered the time I also like to use slip bobbers and cast jigs.
