  Went out yesterday afternoon and struck out

  Thanks goodness something good came of yesterday. Went fishing all over the upper portion of the lake and up the river. Shad everywhere however not a single fish. We used top water, crank, soft plastics.. All in 1′ to 10′ with no success whatsoever. I was hoping the cloudy day would produce some top water action.
