What’s Everyone’s "PR" on Priest?
Degaman’s ‘Contest Prize’ post has me curious, what is the biggest large and/or smallmouth people on this forum have ever caught out of Priest?
I’ve only been fishing priest for about a year and so I’ve only caught a 4lb for both categories. Hopefully that changes this winter or spring! 😈

5 pounder on a hoppy’s hog buzz 3/8 ounce white

In addition to the one on the wall, I caught an 8lber+ on a creek minnow wading Walter Hill Dam this spring. Largest smallie was a 5 and a half pounder on a Carolina-rigged ring fry at the cut-through by Goose Island.
My brother caught a 6lb, 3oz smallie on a Texas-rigged ring fry fishing with me at Bear Island.

I caught a 5 lb 10 oz lm on a 3/8 oz black and blue jig fishing the drop off at the channel marker above fate sanders. It’s been a couple years but several 4 lbs and a nice 5 lb 1 oz earlier I posted on here on a hoppys hawg buzz bait.

My largest LM is 8+, SM 4+. Wish I had a bigger SM. Brian

I caught the largemouth 5.75lb near the Island in front of the Dam on a 3/4 oz jig with a rage tail trailer in 25ft at 12:00pm.
The smallmouth was caught during a night tournement on a junebug senko. 4.75lbs
