White Bass
Is it just me or are the white bass annoying everyone? Have had decent luck finding some nice sized crappie on one of Brian’s brushpiles. However, it seems that every time the crappie are biting so are the white bass. Started fishing the pile with live minnows this morning about 7am and caught a 10” crappie right off so figured I’d pick up a few more. However, the white bass bit the minnows like mad for the next hour and never caught another crappie. Seems to be the pattern for me the past couple of weeks. If the crappie are biting the white bass are biting more.
