Who’s going to fish tomorrow amongst the crazies? I am putting in at 5:15 and fishing until I see the first jet ski. 😀

I am about to brave it tonight. Hitting the water at 9pm, I will leave when I see the first jet ski! 😉

I went yesterday… BIG mistake! If you enjoy battling incessant tsunami waves and playing chicken, have at it. I did notice that upriver from Weakly Lane Bridge there didn’t appear to be nearly as much traffic.

I wanted to go this morning but couldn’t find anyone to go out with me. I hate putting the boat in by myself. Especially with all the traffic they are going to have today.

    We did it!
And luckily had full rain gear in the boat. The rain was just dumping in the lower end if the lake from around 6 until a but after 8. I think that slowed down the pleasure boats. We left at around 10 and just had seen our first sea doo. I’ll post a report later today.

Cased the crappie in the rain for 2 hours this morning. We caught a few, but it was tough. Everyone was soaked!!!!

We crushed up to the Midlake area about 11:30 to hit a spot. That ride back was interesting to say the least. Almost like being on the ocean.

I took my little brothers down to fate sanders to catch bluegill. Didn’t catch them and got soaked and untangled lines for 30 minutes means disaster.
