You might try fishing crappie stakes in the backs of the creeks with a squarebill. Are you going up there to practice before the tournament?
If it’s out of New Johnsonville, you might try fishing around Harmon, but back further in the creek. I know the main lake ledges there had fish a few weeks ago. I would assume they would just migrate back into the creek to follow the bait. Good Luck. Let us know how it goes.
